Tasting Notes
An extremely fresh and aromatic wine with tropical and citrus character. On the palate, it is light, fresh, and again characterized by citrus notes. Excellent flavor definition and good acidity.
Winemaking
Full destemming followed by crushing and pressing, with skin maceration and tank opening. Fermentation with temperature control systems between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Viticulture
Density of 4,200 plants/ha. Clay-limestone soils.
