"António Braga"

‘After 20 years working as an oenologist for others, I have now decided to produce my own wines and write my own story.

I started out as a winemaker in the Douro, having been lucky enough to work for some great producers, I've always loved what I do! It's undoubtedly a job I'm passionate about.

Life led me to have a great career with other people, but deep down I always wanted to have my own project.

I was looking for independence.

Not so much freedom as the independence to create in my own way, according to my own methods and my own desires.

In December 2021, I decided to open my own business by bringing together a group of investor friends and the dream came true. We launched the project: António Braga Wines.

Our range comprises two product lines. One that we like to call ‘contemporary classics’ and the other that tells ‘original stories’.’
