Vinification: Hand-picked grapes from the "old vine", planted in 1903. Whole cluster pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels.
Aging: In vats and barrels on lees for 6 months with stirring. In bottle for 24 months .
Tasting Notes: Elegant and expressive, with intense aromas of tropical fruits, orange leaves, dried almonds and elegant flint. On the palate it is complex with wonderful fruit, high volume and delicate toasted edges. High terroir character with mineral acidity and great length.
