Winemaking:
The grapes were sorted before de-stemming and crushing. Cold settling for 48 hours. 15% of the blend was fermented in new French oak barrels. Aged for 4 months on fine lees.

Tasting Notes:
Complex aromas of citrus, lychees, and a hint of toasted bread. Richly structured on the palate with a creamy texture and good fruit depth, balanced by fresh acidity that adds equilibrium and contributes to a long finish. Partial aging in new French oak barrels imparts increased complexity.

Ideal with pasta, pork, shellfish, and lean fish.
