Winemaking
Manual harvesting. Full destemming. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature (22ºC - 28ºC) in lagares with mechanical treading. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
Aging
50% of the wine was aged for 6 months in barrels.
