Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed by around 10 months of aging in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: Fresh and delicate, with floral and tropical fruit notes. Citrus yellow color. Full and voluminous attack, with fresh and enveloping acidity, leading to a long, flavorful, and persistent finish.

Food Pairing: Recommended with cod dishes or elaborately prepared fish. Due to its structure and volume, it can also pair well with certain stewed meats.
