Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Cao

Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 24-28ºc for 3-4 days. Interruption of fermentation with wine alcohol at 77º V / V. Aged for 2 years in stainless steel tanks. Minimum of one year in bottle.

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby color. Aromas of dried black plums, dark chocolate, floral notes, blackberries and licorice. Enveloping, with great elegance and depth. Long, harmonious finish. Great ageing potential, although very harmonious in youth.
