Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Cão
Alcohol: 19.50% ABV
Vinification: Fermentation with native yeasts at temperatures between 24°C and 28°C for 3 to 4 days. Fermentation is stopped with wine brandy at 77% ABV. Aged for 2 years in stainless steel tanks. Minimum of one year in bottle.
Characteristics: Deep ruby color. Aromas of dried black plums, dark chocolate, floral notes, blackberries, and licorice. Smooth, with great elegance and depth. A long and harmonious finish. Excellent aging potential, though already showing great harmony in its youth.
