Tasting Notes:
The Alentejo region benefits from a warm Mediterranean climate and clay soils, offering ideal conditions for producing high-quality grapes. This wine is made from our best selection of Touriga Nacional grapes and was aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels. It has an intense color and presents pleasant floral aromas balanced by spicy notes. It pairs beautifully with dishes and has excellent aging potential.

Winemaking:
The grapes, after being de-stemmed, underwent a cold pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, for 14 days. The wine was aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels.
