Tasting Notes
Made from the best selection of Syrah grapes, this wine was aged for nine months in French and American oak barrels. It has a well-defined color and intense aromas of ripe fruits such as plums and berries, well-matched with soft oak notes. It pairs perfectly with meals and has excellent aging potential.
Winemaking
The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, for 12 days. Aged for nine months in French and American oak barrels.
Viticulture
Density of 3,000 vines/ha. Schist and clay soils.
