Tasting notes: Aroma of very good evolution, ripe fruit, heather, Chinese ink, slightly chemical. Great tasting, very present acidity, black but also red fruit, tannin still requiring bottle age, quality barrels implying everything.
Food pairing: Ideal for beef, pasta and lamb dishes, and game (venison, roe deer).
