Winemaking/Vinification: The bunches are de-stemmed and pass by a sorting table for an optimum selection of the berries. The grapes are then crushed before going to the marble lagares, where they are foot trodden during 4 to 5 days, passing to a stainless steel tanks to finish the alcoholic fermentation.
Ageing: 12 months in american and french oak barrels
Aroma: Excellent aromatic concentration.
Tasting Notes: Intensely fruity, aroma of berries, cassis and preserves. Smooth tannins. Good balance between fruit, acidity and tannin.
Food pairing: Ideal red meat, roast beef and grilled meat
