Aging:
Aged naturally in stainless steel tanks for 10 months. Serve at a temperature between 16 to 18ºC.
Tasting notes:
Beautiful ruby color. Fresh and youthful aroma, with notes of red and black fruits from the vine and balsamic nuances that add complexity. Good volume on the palate, smooth and elegant, with great freshness from the acidity.
Food pairings:
Delicious with smoked duck, roasted pork, and aged cheese. Also pairs well with pork and basmati rice, and roasted chicken with fries.
