Winemaking : The harvest was carried out manually during the second week of September, using 20 kg boxes. After pressing the whole grapes, the must was subjected to static decantation at low temperature for 24 hours. It then passed into a stainless steel tank where the wine fermented and aged. Serve between 9ºC-11°.
 Tasting notes : Bright, light citrine yellow color. Aromatically intense wine, with citrus notes combined with minerals. Soft, dry, with balanced acidity and strong minerality.
