Vinification: Hand-picked, grapes fully destemmed, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 26°C and 28°C, benefiting from a post-cuvée with a 2-day post-fermentation maceration. Pressing in a vertical press.

Aging: Part in used French oak, the rest in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes: Color: Ruby

Aroma: Red fruits, elegant and intense.

Palate: Red fruits: Red fruits, good tannins, balanced.

Aftertaste: Quite long and persistent.
