Winemaking:
Total destemming, gentle maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.

Aging:
2011 and 2013 vintages aged for 18 months in second-use French oak barrels, and 2015 aged for 9 months in new French oak barrels with a light toast. This was followed by approximately 12 months of bottle aging. Wine lifespan: 7 to 10 years.

Tasting notes:
Appearance: Clear.
Color: Intense ruby with brownish hues.
Aroma: Intense spices, with subtle notes of cocoa, chocolate, tobacco, coffee, and roasted nuts.
Taste: Smooth, elegant, and harmonious, with great complexity.

Food pairings:
Excellent with complex dishes based on grilled red meats, game (both fur and feather), and well-structured cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18ºC.

Comments:
Store the bottle upright to preserve its characteristics.
