 Mechanical harvest at night, total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature (21º - 25º) after a 48-hour pre-fermentation maceration.

 BREEDING
 Part of the wine was aged in French oak barrels.

 COLOR
 Ruby color with purple highlights.

 AROMA
 Intense aroma of red fruits and wild fruits well integrated with toasted and floral notes.

 MOUTH
 Balanced, round, with fruit and spice flavors. Good structure with well-polished tannins.

 ACCOMPANIEMENT
 Mediterranean cuisine in general, pasta, lamb, white meats and soft cheeses.
