Vinification: When the grapes are judged to be perfectly ripe, they are carefully picked and brought to the winery to be de-stemmed, gently crushed and fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks. This is followed by a prolonged period of maceration.
Ageing: Aged in vats and barrels for 12 months.
Nose: Wild fruit aromas with hints of tobacco and spices.
Tasting notes: A grainy color. On the palate, it has good structure, with ripe tannins, good concentration, freshness and balance.
Food pairing: This wine is a fine accompaniment to red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
