Winemaking : The grapes are crushed directly into a vat, 3 days of cold maceration; alcoholic fermentation at 24ºC to preserve the fruit aromas; malolactic fermentation in used French oak.

Aging : Aged 12 months in used French oak barrels. Aging potential 8 years

Tasting notes : Red color, spices and red fruits. On the palate, red fruits, notes of black pepper, balanced, medium-bodied with a lingering finish.

Wine and food pairings : Pairs well with black ham, mature cheeses, game stew and sausages.
