Tasting Notes: Deep ruby color. Dense but extraordinarily well balanced. Great structure with intense notes of dark chocolate, black plum, and blackberry. Spicy, complex, and long on the palate. A wine that still has many good years ahead of it.
Food Pairings: One of the best pairings with Vintage Port is cheese (fresh cheese, blue cheese, and aged cheese), but it can also be enjoyed with a variety of desserts or simply on its own.
